This exercise strengthens the muscles, bones and sinews and generates tremendous Qi with movements such as Lohan Palm focussing Qi and Warrior in Meditation.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Eltham Centre<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Learn both of these routines by attending 2 Friday classes at the Eltham Centre.<\/p>\n<p>When: <strong>Friday 16th &amp; 23rd January 2026, 10:00am to 11:30am<\/strong><br \/>\nCost: <strong>$65.00, or $60 with Health Care Card.<\/strong> Cost covers both sessions.<br \/>\nVenue: <strong>Eltham North Hall, 8 Cedar Avenue, Eltham North<\/strong><br \/>\nRegistration: Contact Senior Master Chin Min Lian at info@celestialtaichi.com.au<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Mornington<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Learn both of these routines by attending an afternoon workshop in Mornington.
