This Qigong form focuses on imitating the behaviour and activities of tigers, deer, bears, monkeys and birds. The Chinese Health Qigong Association explains that the practice of Wu Qin Xi improves one\u2019s physical strength, flexibility of joints and enhances physical vitality.<\/p>\n<p>By learning and practising this popular routine regularly, you will greatly improve your overall health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>These exercises are suitable for people of all ages with no experience required.<\/p>\n<p><!--At the workshop, Grand Master Eng Chor Khor will also demonstrate and explain the benefits of doing other Qigong routines, such as Wu Qin Xi Qigong (Five animals qigong) and Dayan Qigong (Wild Goose qigong). Wu Qin Xi Qigong is inspired by the behaviour and activities of tigers, deer, bears, monkeys and birds. The movements of Dayan Qigong symbolically represent and imitate the flight of the wild goose.
