He will also answer your questions about Tai Chi.<\/p>\n<p>Dayan Qigong or Dayan Yangsheng Gong is a health exercise system which helps to improve people\u2019s quality of life. It originated around 200 Common Era (CE) in Kunlun Mountains of Western China during the Jin Dynasty.<\/p>\n<p>The movements form a complete healing Qigong system. There are two parts to it: the first part deals with the acquired illness and the second part deals with the inherited illness.<\/p>\n<p>The 64 movements symbolically represent and imitate the flight of the wild goose. The slow and the strong quick movements are designed to release stale Qi and gather fresh Qi. This works on the acupuncture points and meridians throughout the body. It helps to open the channels so that Qi flows naturally and works on old injuries. It improves our stamina, energy levels and flexibility. It restores balance and stimulates the whole energy system of the body.<\/p>\n<p>It is suitable for people of all ages. No experience required.<\/p>\n<p>When: <strong>Sunday 10 November 2019, 2pm-5:30pm<\/strong><br \/>\nWhere: <strong>Maribyrnong Park Bowls, 195 Holmes Road, Moonee Ponds, Victoria<\/strong><br \/>\nCost: <strong>$50<\/strong>, or <strong>$40<\/strong> for concession, Senior card holders, or past workshop attendees.
