We offer free weekly practice sessions in various parks across Melbourne which runs all year. These sessions are popular with our present and past students who want to have additional practice of their Tai Chi and Qigong. These sessions involve practicing our popular Tai Chi and Qigong routines, such as Tao Yin, Shibashi, Lohan Chi Kung, Lotus, Tai Chi Levels 1 to 6, Beijing 24, Yang and Chen Sword routines, the Classic and Traditional Fan routines, the Flute and Long Pole routines.
So if you want additional practice to help you remember a routine, or want to socially catchup regularly with Tai Chi friends, or just simply find this is a great opportunity to practice Tai Chi and Qigong to improve your health and well-being, then please join in. You don’t have to stay for the whole session, just stay for as long as you want to and for the routines that you want to practice.
Everyone is welcome to join in!
